Frozen Yogurt Bananas

Sometimes I feel like eating healthy takes a lot of effort especially when it comes to snacking. Fresh healthy foods don't really come in an easy accessible bag like chips do and are not usually sweet.

But I figured out a way to cheat those rules of healthy snacking that only takes a few minutes to prepare!

*cue angels singing*

These bananas are delicious and multi purposeful.

You can have them as a snack, a dessert, bring them to a picnic, put them on cake pop sticks, add different toppings...the possibilities are endless!

Serving size: 2 people
Time: 10 minutes prep (1 hr to freeze)

2 bananas
1 vanilla greek yogurt
cinnamon (or any other toppings...chopped nuts, shaved chocolate, sprinkles, etc.)

1. Chop banana
2. Freeze on a sheet or in a container for half hour.
3. Dip banana pieces in greek yogurt and sprinkle on toppings.
4. Freeze again for another half hour.
